Carbon-copy 3-186A forms are being phased
out. According to the Portland office: the new form (same
as the old form) is available
online (PDF
format).

Download, print, and fill out one copy of the
form, except for your signature.

Run off three more copies of the filled-out
form.

Hand-sign each copy of the form in the
signature space.
This extra signature step is to help prevent
fraud.

Mail them off to the usual offices, keeping
one for your own records.

State of Emergency
Declared for EWa Wildfires
The state-wide
proclamation frees up equipment, human resources and cash to
fight the fires.

Results of the last two WDFW surveys - both public opinion and hunters only -
plus the draft version of the environmental impact statement are
all
available online.

Washington Outdoor Women's (WOW)
educational weekend has been scheduled for September 12-14th.
Registration deadline is August 15th or when the weekend is full. About 20 classes will be offered throughout the weekend on skills
such as archery, basic fishing, fly fishing and tying, canoeing,
kayaking, big-game hunting basics, map and compass reading,
wilderness first aid, survival skills, wildlife identification,
outdoor photography, and more.
