I was wondering if it is legal to own a raptor but house it at a facility not located where you live permanently. My neighborhood would not allow mews in the backyard or keeping of such a bird. Thanks and please get back to me as soon as you can.

  22. Hello. I’m Jade and I am wanting to become a falconer and I have talked to many falconers by email and they all so far have said I cant become a falconer and their all Male (not to be racist) I have also talked face to face to one falconer Male falconer who was awsome and so helpfull this time! Who said most Male falconers are racist about women being falconers like myself and said not to get discouraged so I havnt given up just yet and I thank him alot for his help and encouragement! So I am wondering is this specific group of Falconers could you give me any information about becoming a falconer myself and hpwhat steps I should take to become a falconer. I am moving to Kittitas right by Ellensburg and there seems to be plenty of mice or rats for the Falcons to eat for food. Please please please dont be like the other falconers so I could have one of my dreams come true. Thank you. Please contact me soon 🙂

  23. Hello I’m Jade and i’ve talked to many Falconer’s questions and i’ve also asked them if I could be a Falconer and how I should become one. But the problem was the ones that I did ask by email all said I couldn’t (Their male’s). But I was able to talk to two other male Falconers face to face and they both said don’t listsen to them becuase there just racist with women. So I am wondering if I can get some more information about Falconing from your guys on this website. Comments from other people are helpfull too. Thanks!

  24. Hi there! I just wanted to introduce myself and say howdy. I am looking for a sponsor in or near Granite Falls Wa. I love the outdoors, bow hunting, and living in the NW I am so excited that falconry is a sport here in WA. Until recently I thought it was something only done in antiquity, so glad to see its alive and well!
